Position Description:
The Wound Care Nurse will provide nursing care to residents as prescribed by the physician and in accordance with standards of nursing practice and regulations and as directed by the Director of Nursing.
Responsibilities of the Wound Care Nurse (RN):
Perform all preventive skin care, dressing changes and wound care.
Monitor turning and positioning of residents.
Monitor the treatment of decubitus ulcers with appropriate documentation and communication to physician and family.
Make rounds with physician, as needed, to discuss the care of residents who are currently receiving decubitus or catheter care.
Assess weekly nutrition/hydration of residents with State I to Stage IV decubitus ulcers and evaluate and initiate additional nutritional intake, as required.
Maintain clean, orderly treatment cart and restock treatment supplies.
Follow Infection Control policies and procedures.
Other special projects and duties, as assigned.
Requirements of the Wound Care Nurse (RN):
Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) in MT.
Must have WCC certification.
Must have a current/active CPR certification.
Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills.
Customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure.
Function independently, and have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with employees and vendors.
Recommended Skills Cpr Certified Nurse Practitioner Customer Service Hardworking And Dedicated Infection Control Nursing Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
